Real estate expert Bill Argeropoulos says there may be a bidding war over Scotiabank's landmark red skyscraper in Toronto. Canada's second tallest building could sell for $1 billion or more. Argeropoulos is Vice President and Director of Research for Avison Young’s Canadian operations.
